Principle Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to Elite Resume. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchase any products or services available from us. Elite Resume is owned and operated by Wish Technology Services (Private) Limited, referred to as Elite Resume.

2. By placing an order with Elite Resume, you, the Client, agree to accept our Terms and Conditions.

3. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, and your continued use of our services following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions of Use regularly for changes.

4. All prices are subject to change at any time prior to your order being accepted and are subject to change without notice.

Turnaround Times

5. We can only commence work on an order once you have paid for your order and your payment reflects in our account. Our turnaround times are timed from the point at which we receive your payment.

Delivery

6. Designing CVs will be completed within 3 days.

7. During periods of high demand, orders may take longer to be completed.

Delivery File Format

8. Your CV will be delivered to you in PDF format. We cannot be held liable for incompatibility and printing issues with a user’s individual computer set-up. However, it should be noted that IT support is out of our field of expertise and if we are unable to agree upon a resolution then the user will need to seek appropriate professional IT support at their expense.

Payments

9. Payment is required in full for all orders. For increased online payments security, we do not collect credit/debit card details on this site, we use reputable extremal payment gateway namely 2checkout.

10. No online payments are processed directly on our site, you will be redirected to a secure 2checkout platform where you will perform your payment. We do not handle any customers credit/debit card details.

What your purchase includes

11. CV Design – is a design only option using the exact content you provided, your CV is designed as per the design and color you selected.

Content Polishing

12. This is not a CV writing service, this is a CV design service, we redesign your CV and enter data into our templates with the information you provided to us. This includes;

a) Spelling and Grammar.

b) Correct Information Order.

c) Removal of Unnecessary Information.

d) Appropriate Professional Language.

Revisions

13. You are entitled for 3 free revisions within 7days of your order completion, then you will be charged AED 15 for each revision after 7 days of your order completion.

Cancellation and Return Policy

14. Cancellations can only be done before you receive the content, once you receive the content cancellation and return will not be accepted.

15. A refund of the amount you paid will be paid by EFT into your account within 10 days.
